so the idea was to go on a 'little bike ride'...(and I'm sorry I couldn't get a hold of you Sankeys, is it ok we borrowed your bikes?) :)....we started of course on the lovely green circle of Stevens Point, but since it's been quite awhile since I've done the whole trail I got confused....long story short we biked WAY too long and it was HOT and I ended up paying for it that night with a LOT of pain....HALLELUJAH for muscle heat rub!....oh, the memories...
